THE NUTCRACKER FOR SCHOOLS

Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:30am and 12:00pm

Venue: Steinmentz Hall, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

Join us for the Central Florida Ballet's Nutcracker recognized as 'one of the top five productions in the nation' by CNN Headline News and has become known to many as the "pyrotechnic Nutcracker" thanks to it's coverage in USA Today. National coverage has also been provided by ABC News, Wall Street Journal, and the Southeast Tourism Society.

The Central Florida Ballet adds surprising pyrotechnics and aerial acrobatics to this fairy-tale that keep students interested and engaged in the story.  Our performance for local school students is narrated and adapted to one hour.

  REVIEWS

I can’t thank you enough for the tremendous job your staff did to help direct groups and the performers for really captivating an audience. My students are eager to see the full performance and it was wonderful to see a coupon offered for those families that might be able to find a way to make this a special holiday tradition of their own.

Thank you so much for having us. My students were so excited and fortunate to have such a beautiful experience. They loved the idea of dressing up and attending the ballet. Again the performance was excellent and thank you for having us.

Thank you for organizing a very memorable experience and a beautiful performance of the Nutcracker for the students. I thoroughly enjoyed the very talented ballet dancers and the performance they gave. It was just the right length for young students’ short attention spans.
