The World Ballet Competition, recognized as the most prestigious annual international dance event, opens with four days of intensely competitive and juried solo, partnered and ensemble performances. Dancers, representing 25 countries, will compete for more than $300,000 in scholarships, cash prizes and contract offers from dance companies around the world.

The World Ballet Competition is geared towards professionally oriented dancers, age 9 to 24, and is open to Individuals and/or Ensembles of ALL nationalities; granted that they comply with all rules and regulations of the World Ballet Competition. The 2022 World Finals will take place from June 13-18, 2022 in Orlando, Florida, USA at the Orange County Convention Center.

Each competitor is screened via Video Audition, prior to being accepted to compete in Orlando, in order to maintain the quality and prestige of the World Ballet Competition. A select panel of judges will view the submitted material and will recruit all dancers who qualify to be in the competition. Judgment will be based on talent, technique, execution, musicality and artistry.
